Happy Thanksgiving & Happy First Snowfall!!

I thought I'd share a couple of photos from Thanksgiving - we spent it in Stratford with my (Stacy) family. We welcomed the newest family member the day after Thanksgiving!! My brother and his wife (Ryan & Ashley) had Grayson Charles Deiler on Nov 29th :) :) He's such a cutie!! We also had our first big snowfall yesterday! I think we got about 4-5 inches total. I bundled Nathan up and outside we went! I believe Matt's comment was "he looks like that kid from the Christmas Story movie" - yup he could barely move! haha! I'll try and attach the video I took too, Matt was pulling him around in a sled. Plus I added some photos of our Christmas lights and tree :) Enjoy!

Happy Fall!

I don't know about the rest of you but I was ready for the fall weather. I just love how the trees turn colors, the cooler weather, and I get to dress Nathan up for Halloween! Don't worry I'll post pictures of him in his costume :) This post has lots of events to post/update: We have Nathan helping me decorate for fall (which he loved!), a family photo of us at a "Walk to help find a cure for diabetes," our new carpet!, Nathan being cute snuggling with his blankie, the dogs, two photos from when I took him to the Children's Museum (which he loved and had such a great time at), and finally a picture of him being a stinker hiding underneath our kitchen table ;).

As you can see we have been so busy keeping up with him and enjoying all of his milestones! He's almost walking by the way!!!

August Update :)

I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer. We certainly have been, although it has gone by way too fast! Some family updates for you - We have officially begun sleep training Nathan. I think it's harder on Mom and Dad then Nathan. I have been noticing a definite improvement in his napping and sleeping which is good. Nathan turned 6 months July 21st :) He now weighs a whooping 20.5 lbs and is 27.75 inches long! That puts him in the 80th percentile for height and weight. Matt has been keeping busy at work and I have been quite busy with Nathan and Bryn (the girl I babysit for during the day). We are still doing some improvements around the house, we recently took off the railing on our deck to make it feel more "open." We both like how it looks now. Our next project is new carpeting!! The guy we have been talking with said that the actual install won't be until September - probably middle to late - but we have picked out the new color.

Anyways I know you all want to see some pictures  :) This first one of the dogs was the most recent of them and best one we got ;) Then some updated pictures of Nathan at his 6 month photo shoot, then him at the zoo, and finally our deck with no railing. Enjoy and happy summer!
